Tech Tigers holiday clubs run from £12 for a 2hr STEM Play session, £33 for a school day (8.15am to 3.15pm) and £40 for a full day (8.15am to 5.40pm), with 25% off each extra child from the same household. Live dates and exact prices are on each club’s booking page.

After-school clubs run at partner schools and are booked by the term, from £4.00 to £6.50 a session depending on the school, with no sibling discount. See this term’s clubs and prices.

- How do after-school course payments work?
- A course booking reserves your child's weekly place. Where joining after the course has started is offered, the remaining sessions and price are shown before you book. Payment options depend on the selected club, venue and booking provider. A payment plan is available only when it is offered for your booking; the advance payment and every later amount and date are shown before you agree.
- Is there a sibling discount?
- Yes, for holiday clubs: 25% off each extra child from the same household, applied automatically at checkout. It does not apply to after-school clubs.
- Can I use Tax-Free Childcare?
- Tax-Free Childcare is accepted only for eligible bookings at our Ofsted-registered venues. Check the selected club's booking page for the payment options available there; registration at one venue does not apply to every Tech Tigers club.
- Can I cancel an after-school course or get a refund for an absence?
- Your course booking reserves your child's weekly place. Missing a session does not create a weekly refund. You can cancel the remainder of the course: at least 72 hours before the next session starts, the eligible paid value for that session and later cancelled sessions is refunded. If you cancel nearer to the next session, that session is retained and remains available to attend; later sessions at least 72 hours away can still be cancelled and refunded.
- What happens if I cancel a holiday session?
- Cancel at least 72 hours before your holiday session starts for a refund of the actual amount paid to the original payment method. If you cancel within 72 hours but before the session starts, the eligible paid value becomes holiday credit, usable at any Tech Tigers holiday club within six calendar months of issue. A started or missed session does not qualify for a refund or credit. Any existing credit used for a cancelled booking is returned with its original expiry date and restrictions. Returning it does not start a new six-month period or extend where it can be used.
