Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book a Tech Tigers club. Tech Tigers is operated by Hyett Education Ltd. Please read them alongside the details shown at checkout.

Booking

Each club’s page takes you to its booking service. Your selected sessions, price, available discounts and payment arrangements are shown before you agree. After-school courses reserve a weekly place. Where a course offers joining after it has started, the remaining sessions and their price are shown before booking.

Payment options depend on the selected club, venue and booking provider. A payment plan is available only when it is offered for your booking; the advance payment and every later amount and date are shown before you agree. Tax-Free Childcare is accepted only for eligible bookings at our Ofsted-registered venues. Check the selected club's booking page for the payment options available there; registration at one venue does not apply to every Tech Tigers club.

Cancellations and refunds

Use the cancellation option in your parent account where available, or contact us to cancel. These cancellation rules apply to existing and new bookings. Refunds, credits and cancellations already completed are not reopened.

After-school courses

Your course booking reserves your child's weekly place. Missing a session does not create a weekly refund. You can cancel the remainder of the course: at least 72 hours before the next session starts, the eligible paid value for that session and later cancelled sessions is refunded. If you cancel nearer to the next session, that session is retained and remains available to attend; later sessions at least 72 hours away can still be cancelled and refunded.

Holiday sessions

Cancel at least 72 hours before your holiday session starts for a refund of the actual amount paid to the original payment method. If you cancel within 72 hours but before the session starts, the eligible paid value becomes holiday credit, usable at any Tech Tigers holiday club within six calendar months of issue. A started or missed session does not qualify for a refund or credit.

Any existing credit used for a cancelled booking is returned with its original expiry date and restrictions. Returning it does not start a new six-month period or extend where it can be used.

If Tech Tigers cancels

If we cancel a session, we offer a refund of the paid value for that session. If we cancel because there are too few bookings to run, we give at least seven days’ notice. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Behaviour and safeguarding

Every session is run by DBS-checked specialists with first aid cover. We ask that children treat staff, other children and equipment with respect. We may ask a parent or carer to collect a child early where behaviour puts the safety or enjoyment of others at risk.

Liability

We hold public liability insurance and take reasonable care at every session. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
